Alam, learned counsel appearing for the accused petitioners as well as Mr. D. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. 2. By this petition under Section 483 BNSS, the accused-petitioners, namely, (1) Abhijit Chakraborty (2) Md. Nabiar Rahman and (3) Samir Hussain @ Samir Hussain Barbhuiya who were arrested on 03.07.2025 in connection with North Guwahati PS Case No. 58/2025 under Section 21(b)/29 of NDPS Act (G.R. Case No. 600(k)/2025 are seeking bail. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case relates to recovery and seizure of intermediate quantity and the statutory period of detention is 60 days. The accused petitioners were arrested on 03.07.2025 and today they have completed the statutory period of detention. 4. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that charge-sheet has not yet been filed. 5. Having regard to the above, the petitioners are entitled to default bail. 6. Accordingly, it is provided that the accused petitioners, named above, shall be released on bail of Rs.20,000/- each (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Kamrup, Amingaon subject to the following condition- i) That the accused petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts Page No.# 3/3 of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court. 7.
