Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned AGA and perused the record. 2. By means of this application, the applicants have prayed for quashing of the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No.306 of 2022, Smt. Shweta Tiwari Vs. Anurag Tiwari and others, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 IPC and Section ¾ Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kotwali City, District Gonda and the summoning order dated 21.08.2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate-II, Gonda. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that he would like to file an application for discharge under the provisions of Cr.P.C., to which learned counsel for the State, does not have any objection. 4. Accordingly, the applicants are granted liberty to file an application for discharge in conformity with the provisions of Cr.P.C., within a period of two weeks from today. After the said application is filed, learned trial court is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter. The applicants are also granted liberty to appear through their counsel. Till expiry of six weeks from today, no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants. 5. With the aforesaid observations/directions, this application stands disposed of.
