Instant application has been filed by the petitioners-applicants seeking correction of the judgment dated 28.02.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.4047 of 2020. 2. A perusal of the application reveals that the petitioners had completed eight years of continuous service as daily wagers and were, therefore, entitled to the benefit of work charge status w.e.f. 01.01.2001, however, the said entitlement has been reflected in the judgment dated 28.02.2025 as 01.01.2002. The present application, is supported by an affidavit, seeking correction of the said date by substituting 01.01.2002 with 01.01.2001, as reflected in paragraphs 4, 5, and 6 of the judgment. 3. Upon listing of the application, there is no opposition thereto, in view of the factual matrix regarding the entitlement for work charge status, as also supported by the mandate laid down in the case of Surajmani. 4. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction in the judgment dated 28.02.2025 by substituting the date of entitlement for work charge status from '01.01.2002' to '01.01.2001'. The other directions contained in paragraphs 4, 5, and 6 of the judgment shall remain unaltered and shall continue to apply as they are. The application stands disposed of.
