At the very outset, learned AGA states that a final report dated 01.12.2025 has been submitted in the matter before the competent Court on 08.12.2025. 5. Considering the aforesaid, nothing further survives in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy.
