ORDER:
1. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home.
2. The grievance in the writ petition is that the 3'”'^ respondent repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station though there is no case registered against him.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the 4^^ respondent has filed a complaint against the petitioner and in that regard, the 3'"'^ respondent has called the petitioner for investigation purpose, disputes and as such, both the parties counselled to settle the dispute before the competent civil court.
