Page No.# 2/2 Curiae for the informant/respondent No. 2. 2) By this application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner, namely, Nirakumar Patir, son of Potar Patir, resident of Banmukh, Police Station-Narayanpur, District-Lakhimpur has prayed for his pre-arrest bail in Narayanpur Police Station Case No. 42/2024 registered under Section 70 (2) BNS, 2023 read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012. 3) On instruction of the petitioner, his counsel Ms. A Payeng is not pressing this pre-arrest bail application filed by the petitioner in Narayanpur Police Station Case No. 42/2024, to which Mr. K K Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has no objection. 4) Accordingly, this pre-arrest bail application of the petitioner, being not pressed, stands dismissed. 5) The Gauhati High Court Legal Services Committee shall pay the remuneration to Ms. A Barman, learned Amicus Curiae who appeared for the informant/respondent No.2 as being appointed by the Court and assisted the Court in adjudicating this matter, on raising a bill by her.
