Yogendra Bisht and Others”, pending before the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 191(2), 191(3), 352, 74 and Section 331(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 1 2025:UHC:11087 2 . Mr. Tejas Aggarwal, learned counsel for the applicants-accused, Mrs. Sweta Badola Dobhal, learned Brief Holder for the respondent no.1 and Mr. Mukesh Kumar Kaparuwan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2. 3 . Learned counsel for the applicants and the respondent no.2 submitted that the parties have settled the matter before the mediator. They have requested to quash the entire proceedings of the said Criminal Case No.1952 of 2025 in terms and conditions of the said settlement. 4 . The said request has not been opposed by the respondent no.1. 5 . The report of the mediator dated 10.12.2025 is on record. 6 . The present Application (No.1611 of 2025), filed under Section 528 of the Sanhita, 2023, is accordingly allowed. The entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.1952 of 2025, “State Vs.
