Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Pradeep Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the State and Mr. Shailesh Chandra Tiwary, learned counsel for the respondent no.3. By means of the present petition, the petitioner has sought following reliefs:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quash the impugned Charge sheet dated 19.11.2022 issued by the opposite party no. i.e. Inquiry Officer/Additional Commissioner (Administration), Moradabad Division, Moradabad (contained at Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition). ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties to discharge the petitioner from the charges leveled against him in the interest of justice." At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing prayer clause no.1 of the writ petition. The prayer so made, is hereby allowed and the prayer clause I is struck off. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge sheet has been issued against the petitioner on 19.11.2022 and the enquiry proceedings has not been concluded as yet. He submits that interest of justice would be subserved, if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.2 to conclude disciplinary proceedings within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Lucknow is directed to conclude the disciplinary proceedings instituted while issuing the charge sheet dated 19.11.2022, to the petitioner, in accordance with law, within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it.
