HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - C No. - 11621 of 2025 Court No. - 3 HON'BLE SHEKHAR B. SARAF, J. HON'BLE MANJIVE SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. Upon perusal of the writ petition, we are of the view that the writ petition is highly delayed, as the entire incident, that is claimed by the petitioner, took place in year 2019. The petitioner has neither taken any criminal action against the Branch Manager, whom he alleges to have committed a fraud upon him, nor has he filed a civil suit for recovery of the money of which he was allegedly defrauded. 3. In light of the same, we are of the view that the present writ petition is not maintainable and is, accordingly, dismissed. 4. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate authority/court for redressal of his grievances in accordance with law.
