Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya, Palampur and others. 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. Careful perusal of aforesaid order/judgment, sought to be executed in the present proceedings, reveals that this Court, while disposing of the writ petition filed by the petitioner, directed Senior Deputy Accountant General (A&E) Himachal Pradesh to do the needful in terms of letter dated 08.01.2025 sent by Principal Government Industrial Training Institute, Nagrota Bagwan at Serathana, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, within six weeks. Before notices, if any, could be issued to the respondents, Mr. Tara Chand Chauhan, Advocate, while putting in appearance on behalf of respondent-Accountant General, states that needful could not be done within stipulated time for the reason that some clarification was sought by the respondent-State, which is still awaited. He states that as and when clarification is received, necessary action, in terms of letter dated 08.01.2025 issued by Principal Government Industrial Training Institute, Nagrota Bagwan at Serathana, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, shall be taken. 3 4. Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, states that clarification, if not already sent, shall be positively provided within one week. 5. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents-State to send clarification as has been sought from the office of Accountant General within one week and thereafter, office of Accountant General (A&E) Himachal Pradesh would ensure that pension payment order, thereby authorizing pension in favour of the petitioner, is issued expeditiously, preferably within two weeks. In case needful as has been ordered to be done in terms of instant order, is not done within stipulated time, petitioner would be at liberty to get the present proceedings revived, so that appropriate action, in accordance with law, is taken towards implementation of the judgment/ order, sought to be executed in the instant proceedings.
