This petition has been filed challenging an F.I.R. bearing Case Crime No.0071/2024, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Zaidpur, District Barabanki. 4. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 31.10.2025 received from Sri Santosh Kumar Singh, Incharge Inspector, Police Station Zaidpur, District Barabanki, submits that Final Report bearing No. B-19 dated 08.05.2025 was forwarded, however, the same was returned by the Supervisory Authority and further investigation is pending. The said instructions are taken on record. 5. On the very first date, learned counsel for the respondent No.4 submitted that there is criminal history of the petitioners, therefore, time was sought for filing counter affidavit. Counter affidavit on behalf of the State has already been filed, however, rejoinder affidavit has not been filed till date. 6. Thus, it appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Pankaj Kumar Verma Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Shafaq Fatima Sabeena And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P.
