The execution of the order passed in CWP No.1317 of 2019 titled Municipal Council, Chamba Vs. Kailasho and others, decided on 12.01.2023 alongwith the bunch of LPAs lead case being LPA No.165 of 2021 titled State of H.P. and Others Vs. Surajmani and Another has been sought in the petition.
2. As per the office order dated 19.07.2025 (Annexure SA-I), the work charge status had been given to the petitioner 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 after completion of eight years of service w.e.f. 01.04.2002 and his pay has been re-fixed notionally on the said date, in supersession of all the Pay fixation orders.
3. A perusal of the same would go on to show that the same has been done, in pursuance of the directions passed by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.1595 of 2025 arising out of SLP (C) No.23016 of 2023 titled as the State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors. Versus Surajmani & another alongwith connected matters, decided on 06.02.2025.
4. Resultantly, we are of the considered opinion that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
