It has been brought to the notice of the Court that the order dated May 16, 2025 has mentioned about only the single petitioner, indicating therein with the words “the petitioner”, in various paragraphs. 3. In place and stead of the same, it might have been written as “the petitioners” since it is apparent from record as well as the cause title of the said order, that there are petitioners more than one, who cannot be mentioned in the order in singular number, but should have to be mentioned in plural number. 4. Therefore, it is directed that the order may be corrected accordingly thereby mentioning “the petitioners”, along with the words “have” and “are” as and when necessary, instead of the words “the petitioner” and “has” or “is”. 5. Let the corrected and modified order be immediately uploaded. 2 6. This order be read as part and parcel of this Court’s earlier order dated May 16, 2025.
