It is further mentioned in the reply that respondent No. 5 has only fenced his own land. In the light of the reply filed by the State, which is based on the report of the Naib Tehsildar, Saraswati Nagar, it is evident that the allegations contained in the letter have not been found to be correct. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment?
