Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA for the State. Whereas, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the informant despite notice. 2. The accused-applicant seeks anticipatory bail in FIR/Case Crime No.150 of 1997 under Sections 409, 420, 120B IPC, P.S.- Bakshi Ka Talab, District- Lucknow. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was granted interim bail vide order dated 10.12.2024. The charge sheet has been filed. No material has been placed to suggest that the applicant has not cooperated in the investigation. 4. In view of the said fact, the order dated 10.12.2024 is made absolute till conclusion of trial subject to two sureties of Rs.10,000/- each being furnished by the applicant before the trial court. 5.
