This is fourth bail application of the applicant. His first bail application was dismissed on merits on 03.01.2024. His second bail application was rejected on 01.05.2024 and third bail application was rejected on 01.04.2025. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Having considered, this Court is of the view that there is no new ground to enlarge the applicant on 2 bail. Accordingly, the fourth bail application of the applicant deserves to be rejected. 4.
