Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents no.1 to 3, and Sri Sunil Kumar Maurya, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4. 2. Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the first information report dated 20.07.2025 bearing no.234 of 2025, under Section 87 of B.N.S., lodged at Police Station Tarabganj, District Gonda. Further prayer is for a mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance to the aforesaid FIR. 3. Upon filing of the petition, it was contended that the petitioner and respondent no.4 have entered into a compromise vide the compromise deed dated 01.09.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-2 to the petition. 4. This Court vide order dated 17.09.2025 had required the compromise deed to be placed before the learned Senior Registrar of this Court for verification of the said compromise. 5. In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 17.09.2025 the Senior Registrar of this Court vide his report dated 24.09.2025 has verified the compromise between the petitioners and respondent no.4. 6. As per the said compromise, the petitioners and respondent no.4 have Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ashutosh Shukla Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Shri Dhar Pandey, Sunil Kumar Maurya Pratima Pandey And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Home U.P. And Others .....Respondent(s) agreed to end the dispute between themselves amicably. 7. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed. The proceedings of first information report dated 20.07.2025 bearing no.234 of 2025, under Section 87 of B.N.S., lodged at Police Station Tarabganj, District Gonda, are quashed.
