Since no decision has been taken on petitioner’s application, therefore, he has approached this Court. 6. Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 to take decision on petitioner’s application, as per law, within six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
