HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 1567 of 2025 Court No. - 11 HON'BLE ABDUL MOIN, J. HON'BLE RAJEEV BHARTI, J. 1. Case called out. None appears for the petitioners despite a notice having been affixed on the notice board that the matter would be taken at 02.15 PM. 2. Instant petition has been filed contending that an FIR had been lodged against the petitioners by the complainant contending that the petitioner no.1 has been enticed away by the petitioner no.2. 3. Considering the aforesaid, this Court had required learned AGA to file counter affidavit. 4. Learned AGA on the basis of averments contained in the counter affidavit states that a final report has been submitted in the matter per which no offence is made out against the petitioners rather the petitioners have got married. 5. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous. November 7, 2025 A.
