None appears on behalf of the petitioners to press this petition despite notice having been affixed outside the court for taking up the matter at 2:15 PM. This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing of impugned FIR dated 8.3.2025 registered as FIR/Case Crime No. 75 of 2025 under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) of BNS, 2023 and 3(1)(da), 3(1)(Gha) and 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act at Police Station-Neemgaon, District Kheri. Learned AGA, on the basis of averments contained in paragraph nos. 8 and 9 of the counter affidavit filed earlier, states that the investigation has been concluded and the charge sheet dated 10.4.2025 has been submitted against petitioner nos. 1 to 5 before the supervisory authority and petitioner nos. 6 and 7 namely Usman and Salman Siddiqui have not been found to be involved in the said case, hence, the present petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous leaving it open for the petitioners to pursue other remedies that may be available to them under law. (Mrs. Babita Rani,J.)
