Sri Parimal Bhatt, Advocate has put in appearance by way of filing Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 to 3 and the same is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Parimal Bhatt, learned counsel for the opposite parties no. 1 to 3 and perused the record. Instant writ petition has been filed with the following main reliefs:- 1. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding opposite party no. 01 i.e. Managing Director, U.P. Jal Nigam (Rural), 6- Rana Pratap Marg, Lucknow U.P. to consider the claim of petitioner for payment of family pension in light of G.O. dated 08.12.2008 till attaining the age of 25 years w.e.f. the date of death of his father on 20.12.2020. 2. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding opposite party No. 01 to consider and decide the representation dated 15.10.2025 contained as Annexure No. 06 to the writ petition. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation on 15-10-2025 before the opposite party no. 2/Finance Director, U.P. Jal Nigam(Rural), Rana Pratap Marg, Lucknow and the same is pending consideration. He further submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the opposite party no. 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within the stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this court. Learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties have no objection to the contentions aforesaid.
