State of Uttarakhand and another (“the petition”) has been willfully disobeyed by the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that they have made recommendation for selection of the petitioner in view of the Court’s order dated 06.06.2024 passed in the petition. Learned State counsel submits that post recommendation received from the respondent no.2, the petitioner had already been given appointment.
