Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Maheshpur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 752 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 379, 414/34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Section 30(ii) of Coal Mines (Nationalization) Act and Section 33 of the Indian Forest Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pakur. 3. Bail application of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 10396 of 2024 by order dated 10.03.2025. 4. The petitioner is the owner of the vehicle which was seized by Maheshpur Police loaded with stolen coal. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for a year. 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pakur, in connection with Maheshpur P.S.
