HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. - 7095 of 2025 Court No. - 17 HON'BLE SUBHASH VIDYARTHI, J. 1. This is the second bail application seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 105/2022, under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Sadulla Nagar, District Balrampur. 2. The first application No. 5631/2023 was rejected by means of an order dated 12.05.2025 after taking into consideration the fact that PW-1 and PW-2 both had turned hostile but the post mortem report mentions numerous injuries on the dead body. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant initially advanced submissions on merits of the application but ultimately he confines his prayer for a direction for expeditious disposal of trial. 4. As the prosecution witnesses have already been examined, this application is disposed of by issuing a direction to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 6, Balrampur to proceed with the Sessions Trial No. 204/2024 expeditiously and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties and by fixing dates at short intervals.
