The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to issue certificate of permanent ownership of the land in Sy.No.132/2P2 measuring 12 cents, Sy.No.138/P2 measuring 25 cents, Sy.No.155/1P2 measuring 3.96 acres, Sy.No.156/1 measuring 12 cents by collecting 300 times the land revenue as held by this Court in W.P.30533/2014 and connected matters. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:14914 WP No. 5118 of 2025 2. Learned AGA points out that notwithstanding this prayer, the petitioner has in fact agreed to abide by the Amended Rule and pay the guidance value in order to secure a certificate of permanent ownership. 3. He also submits that a recommendation has also been made in favour of the petitioner to that effect and the Deputy Commissioner in all probability takes a decision within a period of two months. 4. In the light of the above, the Deputy Commissioner is directed to take a decision on the recommendation made in favour of the petitioner for issue of certificate for permanent ownership since the petitioner has agreed to pay the guidance value as required under the Amended Rule within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 5.
