This writ petition is filed by the petitioner praying for following reliefs:- "(a) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing to the respondents to re-fix the monthly of the petitioner on the basis of Basic Pay Scale Rs.64,100/- per month, at the time of, in the place of Basic Pay Scale Rs.62,200/-, within short stipulated period which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case and pay the monthly to the petitioner forthwith on the basis of Basic Pay Scale Rs.64,100 per month in place of Basic Pay Rs.62,200/- per month. (b) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding to the respondent no.02 i.e. to decide the representation dated 08.11.2024 of the petitioner within stipulated time." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction be issued to respondent no.2 to decide the representation filed by the petitioner dated 8.11.2024 within a stipulated period. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the respondent no.2 will decide the petitioner's representation dated 8.11.2024 in a time bound manner. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 8.11.2024 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
