Sajid and Others, arising out of Case Crime No.118 of 2022, under Sections 380, 411 IPC, Police Station - Sarojini Nagar, District - Lucknow, which is pending since 2022, within a time frame. 3. It has been informed that the charges have been framed on 16.10.2025 but the trial is pending since 2022 without any substantial progress. 4. The applicant may move an application before the trial Court for expediting the trial, which may be looked into by the trial Court itself. 4. Application is, accordingly, disposed of.
