Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Neeraj Chaurasiya, learned counsel for the opposite parties and perused the record. Instant writ petition has been filed with the following main relief :- "Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the opposite parties to make payment like Group Insurance Money, Contributed provident Fund, Gratuity Security Money deposited with the bank and Leave Encashment Amount with interest within timeframe stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to give liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation before the opposite party no. 2/Sachiv/Mukhya Karyapalak Adhikari, Hardoi District Cooperative Bank Ltd.District-Hardoi and the opposite party no. 2 may be directed to consider and decide the same within the stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this court. Learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties has no objection to the contentions aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case,the petitioner is given liberty to move a fresh representation, while Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Balram Yadava Counsel for Respondent(s) : Neeraj Chaurasiya Gama Yadav .....Petitioner(s) Hardoi District Cooperative Bank Ltd., Thru. Chairman And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) raising all his claims and grounds for payment of Group Insurance Money, Contributed Provident Fund, Gratuity Security Money deposited with bank and Leave Encashment Amount with interest before the opposite party no. 2/Sachiv/Mukhya Karyapalak Adhikari, Hardoi District Cooperative Bank Ltd.District-Hardoi within the period of 15 days form today and if such representation is moved within aforesaid period, the opposite party no. 2 is directed to consider and decide the same within further period of three months, in accordance with law.
