Mr. Sanjay Bhatt, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Devesh Ghildiyal, learned Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. This writ petition is filed by Committee of Management of the Government Aided School in District Champawat. Petitioner is aggrieved by communication dated 08.12.2025, issued by District Education (Elementary) Champawat. By the said communication, Management of different Aided Schools were informed that Director General, School Education has imposed ban on fresh appointments in Government Aided Institutions, vide letter dated 10.11.2022. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court to judgment dated 03.09.2025 rendered in WPMS No. 2839 of 2023 and the consequential Government Order, issued by Secretary, Education on 26.09.2025. 5. Perusal of the aforesaid judgment and the Government Order dated 26.09.2025 reveal that the ban imposed earlier, on fresh selection is no more in existence, therefore, the communication issued by District Education Officer, wherein he relies upon Director’s letter dated 10.11.2022, is factually incorrect and therefore unsustainable. 2025:UHC:11155 6. In view of judgment dated 03.09.2025 rendered in WPMS No. 2839 of 2023, the present writ petition is decided with a direction to the Competent Authority to consider petitioner’s request for permission to advertise vacancies, as per law, within four weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
