HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CRIMINAL MISC. ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION U/S 482 BNSS No. - 1905 of 2025 Court No. - 15 HON'BLE KARUNESH SINGH PAWAR, J. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Crime no. 659/2025, U/s 2 (b) (i), 2 (B((ii) /3 U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station- Madiyaon, District Lucknow. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant has been implicated in the present case solely on the basis of a single case reflected in the gang chart pertaining to District Sitapur, whereas the present FIR has been lodged in Lucknow. The said base case is of the year 2024. Although three cases have been mentioned in the gang chart, the applicant, to the best of his knowledge, has no other criminal antecedents except the one shown therein. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application; however, he has not been able to clarify or substantiate the details of the other two cases allegedly attributed to the applicant in the gang chart besides Case Crime No. 3 of
2024. Upon perusal of the record, it prima facie appears that while preparing the gang chart with respect to the applicant, there was no joint meeting of the competent authorities as required.
