Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that at the time when the petitioner was doing construction in her house, the police authorities have reached and stopped the construction work. Responding learned AGA on the basis of instructions sent by Sri S.P.Singh, Sub Inspector, Police Station- Lalganj, District- Pratapgarh dated 30.11.2025 states that neither the police authorities have interfered in the construction of the petitioner nor the police authorities have ever reached the house of the petitioner. The aforesaid statement of learned AGA is recorded and the writ petition is consigned to record.
