Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 111 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 392, 397 and 398 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh. 3. On 08.05.2023 at about 1.30 noon, dacoity was committed in the jewellery shop of the Informant. Dacoits looted jewelleries worth Rs. 8.00 lakh. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused Kudus Ansari has been granted bail by this court earlier vide B.A. No. 10558 of 2024. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh in connection with Ramgarh P.S.
