Notice is confined to respondents No.1 to 3. Mr. L.N. Sharma, Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. In view of nature of order being passed hereinafter, neither the reply is required to be filed by respondents No.1 to 3 nor notice of this petition is required to be issued to respondent No.4. With consent of learned counsel for the parties, matter is heard at this stage.

Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Medical). On 20.05.2025, he was transferred from GSSS Utrala, District Kangra to GHS Bara Bhangal, District

Kangra vice respondent No.4. Petitioner has joined at the transferred place.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the place where the petitioner has been transferred falls under most difficult area in the applicable transfer policy of the respondents; Petitioner is suffering from certain ailments and as per the certificates given to him by his treating doctors, it would be difficult to him to serve at the transferred place on his own; Petitioner’s only son resides at some different place. His grievance is that on account of adverse circumstances, he preferred a representation on 20.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) to the respondents seeking his adjustment to the station of his choice, however, the aforesaid representation has not been decided till date.

Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of two weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. All pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, to also stand disposed of.
