Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on 18.02.2025, when the matter was called for hearing, he was engaged in another court, as such, he could not appear at the time of hearing. He further submits that the reason for his non-appearance is bona-fide, therefore, this MCC may be allowed and the concerned WP(S) No.9887/2019 may be restored to its original number. 4. Learned counsel for the State raised his objection to allow the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant. 5. On due consideration and for the reasons assigned in the memo of MCC, the same is allowed. The Registry is directed to restore WP(S) No.9887/2019 in its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- payable to the High Court Legal Aid Committee. 6.
