Mr. Rajesh Parkash, Advocate, for respondent No.3. ____________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): Being aggrieved and dissatisfied with order dated 20.05.2025 passed by Director Panchayati Raj, Himachal Pradesh, whereby representation, having been filed by the petitioner in terms of order dated 24.04.2025 passed by this Court in CWP No. 6705 of 2025, praying therein for cancellation of his transfer or adjustment at a convenient station, has been rejected, petitioner approached this Court in the instant proceedings. 2. Having perused order laid challenge in the instant proceedings, this Court is persuaded to agree with Mr. B.C.Verma, 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 learned Additional Advocate General that since petitioner has already worked for more than six years and eight months in the same block i.e. Development Block, Tissa, no illegality can be said to have been committed in transferring him from aforesaid Block. Similarly, this Court finds that petitioner, while making representation has taken contradictory stand with regard to adverse family circumstances and as such, this Court sees no reason to interfere in the impugned order. However, having taken note of the fact that petitioner, who has already worked in sub cadre area, has been again transferred to sub cadre area, this Court hopes and trusts that representation, if any, filed by the petitioner for his transfer to area, other than sub cadre area, shall be considered sympathetically.
