ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the Orders passed by the 1st Respondent in transferring the petitioner from the O/o. the Additional Chief Conservator of Forests, Kurnool, to the O/o. the Conservator of Forests, Guntur, and posting the Unofficial Respondent in the place of the petitioner Vice Versa as Illegal, arbitrary and violates the Article 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India and contrary to the G.O.Ms.No.59 Finance (HR-I and Plg. Policy) Department dt.4.7.2019 and violates Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution and also

consequently declare that the petitioner is entitled to continue in the O/o. Conservator of Forests, Kurnool, till his retirement and to pass such other order or orders……”
2. Sri P.V.Ramana, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the relief has become infructuous and petition may be disposed of.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Forests, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, is in attendance.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed, since relief has become infructuous. No order as to Costs.
