Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 & 3 to give benefit of salary and allowances of the suspension period from 19.02.2002 to 30.10.2002 and all the service benefits like ACP, Revised Pay Scale etc. by considering that the petitioner has been finally acquitted in Crime Case No.242/2002 or in alternative to direct to opposite party no.2 to decide the representation dated 16.12.2024 of the petitioner contained as Annexure No.1 to this petition." 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.2 i.e. Commandant 11th Battalion, PAC, Sitapur.
