The petitioners are arraigned as Accused Nos.1 1. and 2 in Crime No.74 of 2022, on the file of Vatsavai Police Station, Krishna District, for the alleged offences under Section 306 and 366 of the IPC. 2. The trial declaration has been perused. 3. The deceased was accompanying the petitioners from Yadigirigutta to Guntur and, en route, as per the his own statement, was unable to withstand the financial difficulties. Thereafter, he passed away. The petitioners took the deceased to the hospital; however, they have been arraigned as accused 4. Considering the trial declaration, this Court is inclined to quash PRC No.2 of 2024; ©n the file of the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Jaggaiahpet, and the same is hereby quashed.
