The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.17, Sultanpur, to decide Criminal Case No.757 of 2022 (State vs. Ravindra Singh) arising out of Case Crime No. 288 of 2021, under Sections 427, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S Chanda, Distrct Sultanpur. 3. The aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since the year 2022 without any substantial progress. Learned counsel for the applicant prays that the court concerned may be directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before the court concerned. 5.
