In my view, there is an appeal provided under Section 136(2) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 (for short, 'the Act'). 3. In that view of the matter, I do not wish to entertain this Writ Petition and relegate the petitioner to avail of the remedy provided under Section 136(2) of the Act against the impugned order. 4.
