Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of "MANDAMUS" thereby commanding the opp. Parties specially the opp. party no.1 to write the deaf and dumb before name of Ram Sanware in the record/khatauni of land khata No. 001 of village Inami, Tehsil- Mahasi,District Bahraich and also correct the record, so that no one can get the sale deed of Ram Sanware's land done through unfair means and can not usurp the land. ii) Any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner." 3. Upon perusal of the documents, it is clear that the dispute involved is private in nature and an alternative remedy is available to the petitioner under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 4. In view of the same, we cannot interfere in the matter. 5. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the Revenue Court for redressal of his grievances.
