Case No. 04 of 2025 for the offences registered under section 78 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 66(C) and 66(D) of the I.T. Act and section 12 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Giridih. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have made the photographs of the niece of the Informant viral. It appears that the comments along with the photographs were also uploaded. Uploaded photographs are part of this bail application, from which it appears that the parties were having affairs with each other. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2025. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Giridih in connection with POCSO Case No. 50 of 2025 arising out of Cyber P.S.
