This is an application for correction of cause title of CRP No. 114/2023, wherein the Serial Number of the petitioners as well as the respondents are incorrectly made. 3. The learned counsel for the applicants submits in the CRP, there has been an inadvertent mistake in the Serial Numbers of the petitioners as well as the respondents. As they are not in order, he could not take steps upon the respondents. Therefore, he prays for allowing him to correct the same by amending the Cause Title of the CRP No. 114/2023. 4. The prayer is allowed. 5. Accordingly, the Serial Numbers of the petitioners in the Cause Title of the Civil Revision Petition shall be read as- “1, 2, 3 and 4”, instead of “Serial Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 3. Likewise, the Serial Number of the respondent, namely, Abdul Hasim Mulla @ Hasen Ali, against whom, no serial number has been put earlier, shall now be read as “Serial No. 1” and the proforma respondents, who have been shown as- “Serial Nos. 1, 2 and 3”, shall now be read as – “Serial Nos. 2, 3 and 4. 6.
