None appears on behalf of the applicants as well as private opposite parties to press this application even in the revised list whereas learned AGA is present on behalf of the State-respondents. This Court had earlier passed an order dated 13.12.2021 granting time to the applicants to file a supplementary affidavit bringing on record all the statements of the witnesses relied upon by the Investigating Officer while submitting the charge sheet but neither anyone has appeared on behalf of the applicants nor filed any supplementary affidavit in compliance of the order passed by this Court. A perusal of the record transpires that the matter pertains to the year 2021 and after filing of the same, till date, no interim order has been granted in favour of the applicants. It appears that by efflux of time, either the parties have lost their interest or the matter has become infructuous. In view thereof, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed for non compliance as well as want of prosecution.
