The instant application has been filed seeking following main relief(s):- "For the facts, reasons and circumstances stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to quash the Entire Proceeding based on the charge-sheet dated 08.12.2024 submitted by investigating officer in Case Crime No. 390/2024 under Section 316(2), 352, 351(3), of B.N.S.2023 corresponding to sections 406,504,506 I.P.C., Police Station-Lalganj, District Pratapgarh as well as the cognizance order dated 02.07.2025 passed by the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lalgang Ajhara, District-Pratapgarh, and also the F.I.R. Dated 27.11.2024 on Crime No-0493/2024 under Sections- 316(2), 352, 351(3) BNS corresponding to sections 406,504,506 I.P.C., Police Station - Lalganj, District- Pratapgarh, contained as Annexure no. 1,2 and 3 to this petition/application, so far the same relates with the petitioner, to the ends of Justice." 3. On account of some formal defects crept in this application, learned counsel for the applicant at the very outset prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application with proper prayer(s), pleadings and documents in support thereof. 4. The aforesaid has not been opposed. 5. In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. 6. Office is directed to return certified/original copies of the documents annexed with this application to the learned counsel for the applicant as per relevant Rules in this regard.
