This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing of impugned FIR dated 25.2.2025 registered as FIR/Case Crime No. 0049 of 2025 under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3) of BNS, 2023 and 3(2)(va), 3(1)(dha) of SC/ST Act at Police Station-Mallawan, District Hardoi. Learned AGA, on the basis of averments contained in paragraph nos. 10 and 11 of the counter affidavit, states that the investigation has been concluded and the charge sheet dated 27.3.2025 has been submitted against all the accused before the supervisory authority, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
