(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 20.06.2025, issued under the signatures of Deputy Superintendent Jail, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Sahil Thakur, learned legal aid counsel representing the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, enabling bail petitioner to pursue bail application filed at his behest in the trial Court. 2. Having perused aforesaid application, which is taken on record, this Court finds that petitioner herein has been instructed to withdraw the present petition for the reason that bail petitioner has already filed bail application before the learned trial Court. 2 In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, for the reasons stated in the communication, taken note hereinabove.
