Sharma, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that as the writ petition has not been drawn up in the manner in which it should have been as per the Gauhati High Court Rules, 1954, he submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to refile. Mr. R. R. Gogoi, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the Forest Department. 2. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal. 3.
