Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners herein are the absolute owners and possessors of the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac^2.27'/, cents situated in Sy.No.522-5 of Kothapet Revenue Village, Vetapalem Mandal, Bapatia district having acquired the same by way of sale deed dated 07.11.2016. Since then, the petitioners have been in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property without there being interference or hindrance from any any quarter. Later, the petitioners herein submitted a mee-seva application requesting the authorities to mutate their names in the revenue records. But the said application the respondents. Again the petitioners herein submitted along with Form-VIA application dated 14.03.2025 to the recording authority requesting him to mutate the was not accepted by a representation respondentNo.4, who is names of the petitioners in the revenue records in respect of their respective property and to i^ pattadar pass books and title deeds in their favour. Even after receipt of the said application, the respondents neither considered the issue same nor issued any proceedings. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners herein filed the present writ petition. 4.
