This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing of impugned FIR dated 6.11.2024 registered as FIR/Case Crime No. 0747 of 2024 under Sections 406, 504, 506 IPC at Police Station- PGI, District Lucknow and not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance to the impugned FIR. Learned AGA, on the basis of averments contained in paragraph no. 6 of the counter affidavit, states that the investigation has been concluded and the charge sheet dated 26.1.2025 has been submitted before the competent court, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
